I started CrossFit around 2011 after my wife bought me a Groupon to a CrossFit gym for Father’s Day. After my first class, I was hooked. I fell in love with the sport because of the consistent challenge of each WOD, the idea of the unknown, and the competitive nature of the sport.
As a coach, I genuinely enjoy the process of helping build confident and competent athletes. Whether it’s getting your first box jump, strict pull-up, or a double body weight front squat; I want to help guide you along the way to meeting your goals.
