My CrossFit journey has had many stops and starts.
This last restart, I had gained 80 pounds heavier. I struggled in every workout, but I kept going and used the modifications CrossFit has for all of the movements. Along the way, I also learned how important nutrition is to support a good workout and healthier lifestyle. As a result, I have lost the extra weight and I feel better than I ever have! I was so excited to share this passion with others, that I took the CrossFit L-1 class in Sept 2021 and the CrossFit Gymnastics course in Nov 2021. This sport IS for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Please let us show you!
