During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.

Individualized and attentive training geared towards your personal training goals.

We have several options available:

3 - 60 Minute Weekly Sessions:

1 - 60 Minute Session:

CrossFit

Join our community and workout with an awesome community!

During this hour-long group fitness class, your coach will take you through a group warm-up, strength and/or skill work, as well as the workout of the day. You can rest easy knowing that if you are consistently attending general CrossFit classes you will look better, feel better, and have fun. The constantly varied programming is designed so that you will never get bored, and more importantly, never hit any plateaus. Fun, effective fitness!

Includes Unlimited Classes and Open Gym:
$125 per month

Open Gym

Access to CFFS during open gym hours.

We have a variety of toys for you to use. Whether you are between gyms or just want to work on your own thing.

CrossFit On-Ramp

$175.00

Starting off can be intimidating for many and that's why we have a guided intro experience for you.

Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way. This is the exciting early phase of joining CrossFit Free State. It is the introduction to the CrossFit and our blueprint for fitness. In the On-Ramp program we will give you all of the tools you need to be successful on your fitness journey. On-Ramp includes: 6 one-on-one coaching sessions on the basics of CrossFit. Nutritional guidance to help you on your way to fitness. 2 weeks of group classes.
